Returns & Cancellations

I hope you love your jewellery. If you change your mind, the following policy applies to collection pieces only, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify me by email within this 14-day period. Once you have notified me, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Conditions of Return

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Bespoke & Commissioned Pieces

Bespoke or commissioned jewellery is exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as these pieces are made especially to order.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that a deduction may be made from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs, and I will be happy to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
